The 4th College English Conference at NCCU will be held on 16th October, and the submission deadline is on the 11th July. If you have an abstract ready to roll, do please consider a submission.

The theme is "College English Programs: Design and implementation". We are especially interested in work that discusses how English can usefully and successfully be taught to non-majors at university, for example in the form of Freshman English courses.

However, all papers dealing with English teaching and learning at the College level will be given full consideration.

Here's the link: http://flc.nccu.edu.tw/Conference/4th

Look forward to receiving your abstract.

I attended this conference last year. It was excellent - easily the best conference I have attended in Taiwan. If you are curious about the conference scene or interested in presenting, this is the number one ELT conference I recommend.

Nice of you to say so, Scott.

The deadline for abstracts has now been extended to 15th August. If you're rushing to meet the earlier deadline, hope you see this!
