If I thought this sort of thing were safe, I'd be all for it. But the brain is complicated. It's like rocket science or something.
There are certain criminals so vile and dangerous that I wouldn't shed many tears if their brains were butchered. But in the hands of a tyrannical government, this could lead humanity down a dark path. It's an even bigger conflict of interest than eugenics.
Speaking of which, Planned Parenthood has been caught organlegging. Wasn't hard to see that coming.
