Kaohsiung Yogi and Seeds of Joy will co host a fund raiser for
The HAXSTRONG Cancer Awareness Event- “Life’s Peachy”

All Day Yoga Workshop

Saturday, June 21st at the Kaohsiung Fine Art Museum.

Tentative Schedule:

Start 8:30am-9:30am Kundalini Yoga/Tibetan Bowl Healing
-Mayna Chien & Mere Greta

9:30am-10:30am Pranayama/ Yoga Nidra for Creativity- L. Farrah Furtado

10:30am-11:30am Reiki Attunements- Mayna, Farrah & Mere

11:30am-12:30pm Potluck Vegetarian Picnic

12:15pm-12:30pm “Compassion" By keynote speaker,
Gregg Haxton, Director of

12:30-1:30 pm “Lady Niguma Yoga”

1:30-2:30 “Kids at Heart” YOGA-Seeds of Joy
-Kayla Hardin

2:30pm -3:30 ACRO Yoga- Seeds of Joy

3:30pm-4:30pm Surya Namaskar and KIRTAN- Seeds of Joy

All are welcome! Suitable for beginners.

All yoga instructors participating have over three years of experience
teaching yoga and are certified and have completed RYT -200 Registered Yoga Teacher training.

Suggested Donation:
$1000 all day
$300 drop in

Please bring your yoga mat but we have extras.

The venue has a close view of the mountain and has more trees ( at the Fine Art museum). It is near the children's museum on Maka Rd off Mengcheng Rd and parallel to the train tracks. There is a round about drive in entrance where you can park your bikes and follow our signs to find our exact location.
