Customer Database software in Chinese?

Customer Database software in Chinese?

Postby tommyjackson » 16 Jun 2016, 16:37

Hello,

I've recently setup a company here in Taiwan and need some software to store all my customer information in and add invoices / expenses etc.. - there is loads of software out there in english but I need this to be in both english and chinese so my employees can read it and use it as well as me. Does anyone know any fairly cheap ones (or free! :) ) out there?

Thanks for your time
Tom

Filemaker should have a Chinese version, but you would need to start more or less from scratch with one of the templates for CSR that comes with the software. Also, FIlemaker is not necessarily cheap (pricing depends on number of clients, a license for equal or less than five clients should cost you around 350 USD), but since this is a business expense you could deduct it from your revenue anyways.

Hello,
I've been using one called JigoCloud (http://www.jigocloud.com). It works pretty well and its fairly cheap. You could also use zoho CRM as this is also available in Chinese but not sure they have the ability to add invoices. If you need invoices etc.. you can use quickbooks - I think you can change the language to Chinese but its a bit expensive.

Hope that helps
